The Process
Upon receipt of floor plans with numbered doors and a corresponding door schedule, The Brass Center provides a preliminary quote with pricing that represents the product selection made by the client. One of our Project Managers is assigned to each order and will help the client from estimation to ordering and last to final shipment. The Project Manager provides specification information, finish samples, templates, and coordination. We take into account the complex nature of each project and work with the client every step of the way with additional updates until the quote meets the client's approval.
